Terms of Service
These terms apply to all purchases on noosick.com (“NooSick”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you accept them.
1. Products
NooSick glasses are a comfort accessory designed to help reduce the discomfort of motion sickness during travel. They are not a medical device and do not replace medical advice. Results can vary from person to person. Product images are for illustration; small differences in colour may occur.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in your local currency and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place the order. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.
3. Orders
We may refuse or cancel an order in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or if a product is unavailable. If this happens after payment, you will receive a full refund.
4. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy and returns in our Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
5. Use of the website
All content on this website (texts, images, videos, logos) belongs to NooSick and may not be copied without permission. You agree not to misuse the website.
6. Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages or for improper use of the products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on the website at the time of your order applies.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. EU consumers can also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
