Shipping Policy

Free tracked shipping on every order.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 7-15 business days after dispatch, depending on your country and city. During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas) or because of customs and local carriers, some deliveries can take a little longer.

We ship to Spain, Portugal, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Monaco, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Italy, San Marino, the Netherlands, Ireland, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Latin America and many other countries. Available countries are shown at checkout.

Customs and duties

Prices shown at checkout are final for most destinations. For some countries outside the EU, local customs may charge import taxes or duties on arrival; these are set by your country and are paid by the customer.

Address and delivery issues

Please check your address carefully before placing the order. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 20 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email contact@noosick.com and we will send a replacement or a refund.
